Account deletion
- If you want to delete your account and associated data, email the support address above.
- Suggested email subject: Account deletion request.
- Include your account email or sign-in method so we can verify the request.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions on iOS are managed through Apple App Store.
- You can cancel auto-renewal in iPhone Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
- If a purchase is not activated, try Restore Purchases in the app first, then contact support if needed.
